Borwornsak Uwanno (www.uborwornsak.com)(Thai:บวรศักดิ์ อุวรรณโณ) is a Thai legal expert, and held the post of Cabinet secretary-general under the Thaksin-government and was a professor of Law at Chulalongkorn University; and a key drafter of the 1997 Constitution of Thailand.
Borwornsak was a member of the House Ad Hoc Committee on Constitutional Reform (1993-94) and a member of the Committee of Democracy Development that amended the 1992 Constitution.[1]
